Anisa Kamadoli

Anisa Kamadoli Costa is a recognized leader in philanthropy and sustainability and is passionate about advancing responsible practices in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She scales impact-driven programs, fosters cross-sector collaboration, and builds strategies for lasting change.

Anisa is the founding President and Trustee of the Rivian Foundation and serves as Chief Sustainability Officer at Rivian. In these dual roles, she drives the company’s global sustainability and philanthropic initiatives to advance Rivian’s impact priorities.

Before Rivian, Anisa spent nearly two decades at Tiffany & Co., where she became its first Chief Sustainability Officer and served as Chairman and President of The Tiffany & Co. Foundation. She developed the company’s philanthropic strategy focused on responsible mining and marine conservation and was the architect of its metrics-driven impact strategy and commitment to becoming a net-zero company.

Anisa also serves as a Trustee for several prominent organizations, including the KERING Foundation in the Americas, the Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge Foundation, and Friends of the High Line. She serves on the Executive Committee of Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and Conservation International’s Leadership Council, as well as on the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Responsible Resource Use. Previously, she served on WEF’s Human Rights and Mining & Metals Councils.

Anisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Barnard College and a master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She also completed Harvard Business School’s PLD Executive Management Program.
